Dann bist du herzlich willkommen bei Freizeit Meetups Regensburg. Diese Gruppe wurde gegründet für alle Arten von Meetups & Events die um Leute zusammenzubringen. Sie ist gedacht um sich auszutauschen, Kontakte zu knüpfen, neue Freundschaften zu schließen und Spaß zu haben. Einfach mal aus der Routine ausbrechen, was Neues erleben und Spaß dabei haben!
WAS MACHEN WIR BEI DEN EVENTS?
Geplant sind alle möglichen Events. Sachen wie: Karaoke, Fahrradfahren, Grill & Chill, Kneipenabende, Tanzen, Beachvolleyball, Sprachaustausch, etc. Es gibt keine feste Agenda an die man sich halten muss. Wenn uns danach ist quatschen wir einfach bei einem Glas Wein oder einem guten Abendessen.
Jeder wird andere Gründe haben, mitzumachen. Manche sind aus einem anderen Land oder einer anderen Stadt nach Regensburg gezogen und kennen niemanden oder nur wenige Leute. Manche haben sich mit ihren alten Freunden auseinandergelebt und wollen neue Leute mit den gleichen Interessen kennenlernen. Manche haben ihr Studium beendet und wohnen nicht mehr in der Nähe ihrer Freunde. Die Liste lässt sich beliebig fortsetzen, egal aus welchem Grund du kommst, ich bin sicher, dass es andere gibt, die im selben Boot sitzen!

A: absolut nicht 99% der Meetup-Mitglieder gehen alleine zu Events
Q: muss ich was bezahlen?
A: Grundsätzlich sind alle Events kostenlosen. Sollte mal etwas Besonderes geplant sein, für das Kosten anfallen wird das in der Eventbeschreibung klar kommuniziert. Ziel dieser Gruppe ist es nicht Geld zu verdienen, sondern Spaß zu haben.
Q: wie ist die Atmosphäre bei den Events?
A: Diese Gruppe ist nicht gedacht um Grüppchen zu bilden. Jeder spricht mit jedem. Hab keine Angst dich einfach mal dazu zu stellen und mitzureden. Jeder ist immer willkommen.
Q: wie finde ich euch denn, wenn ich zu einem Event komme?
A: Wenn du Angst hast und nicht zu finden kannst du mich gerne anschreiben. Ich Schreibe dir gerne wo genau wir sein werden oder was ich anziehe. Wenn du uns absolut nicht finden kannst, schreib einfach hier eine kurze Nachricht mit einer Beschreibung von dir und wir werden dich entdecken ;o).

WHO SHOULD JOIN?
Everyone is welcome! It doesn't matter where you're from or how old you are. Introverts, Extroverts and Omniverts welcome! Just join the group, attend an event or two and see if you enjoy it.
Maybe you just moved here and don't know anyone yet or have lived in our beautiful city forever and would like to go out more, meet new, interesting people and just have fun? Then you are welcome to join our Meetup-Group Regensburg. This group was created for all kinds of Meetups & Events to bring people together. It's meant socialize, make new friends and have fun. Just break out of the normal routine, experience something new and have fun doing it!
WHAT DO WE DO AT THE EVENTS?
All kinds of events are planned. Things like: Karaoke, cycling, BBQ & Chill, pub nights, dancing, beach volleyball, language exchanges, etc. There is no fixed agenda to stick to. When we feel like it, we just chat over a glass of wine or a good dinner.
Everyone will have different reasons for coming along. some people may have moved to Regensburg from a different Country or City and don't know anyone, or know just a few people. some people have grown apart from their old friends and want to meet new people with the same interests as them. Some people have finished university and no longer live near the friend they made. the list goes on, for whatever reason you come along I’m sure there will be others in the same boat!

Q: is it weird if I come to a Meetup alone?
A: absolutely not! 99% of Meetup members go to events alone
Q: do I have to pay anything?
A: Generally, all events are free. If there is something special planned that requires payment, it will be clearly communicated in the event description. The goal of this group is not to earn money, but to have fun.
Q: What is the atmosphere like at the events?
A: This is not designed to be a clicky group. Everyone speaks to anyone and everyone. Never be afraid to join a conversation, people will always be very welcoming.
Q: How do I find you guys when I come to an event?
A: If you are afraid of not being able to find us you’re welcome to write to me. I'll be happy to write you exactly where we'll be or what I'll be wearing. If you absolutely can't find us, just write a short message here with a description of you and we will discover you ;o).

¿QUIÉN DEBERÍA UNIRSE?

Entonces eres bienvenido a unirte a nuestro grupo de Meetups Regensburg. Este grupo fue creado para todo tipo de encuentros y eventos para reunir a la gente. Su objetivo establecer contactos, hacer nuevos amigos y divertirse. Salga de la rutina, experimente algo nuevo y diviértase.
¿QUÉ HACEMOS EN LOS EVENTOS?
Todo tipo de eventos. Cosas como: Karaoke, ciclismo, BBQ & Chill, noches de pub, baile, voleibol de playa, intercambio de idiomas, etc. No hay una agenda fija a la que haya que atenerse. Cuando nos apetece, charlamos con una copa de vino o durante una buena cena.
Cada uno tendrá diferentes razones para unirse. Algunos se han trasladado a Ratisbona desde otro país o ciudad y no conocen a nadie o sólo a unas pocas personas. Algunos se han distanciado de sus antiguos amigos y quieren conocer gente nueva con los mismos intereses. Algunos han terminado sus estudios y ya no viven cerca de sus amigos. La lista es interminable, sea cual sea tu motivo para venir, ¡seguro que hay otros que están en el mismo barco!

P: ¿Es raro si vengo solo a un Meetup?
R: ¡No, en absoluto! El 99% de los miembros de Meetup van sol@s a los eventos
P: ¿Tengo que pagar algo?
R: Básicamente todos los eventos son gratuitos. Si hay algo especial planeado que costará dinero, se comunicará claramente en la descripción del evento. El objetivo de este grupo no es ganar dinero, sino divertirse.
P: ¿Cómo es el ambiente en los eventos?
R: Este grupo no está pensado para formar grupos. Todo el mundo habla con todo el mundo. No tengas miedo de hablar con alguien que aún no conoces. Todos son siempre bienvenidos.
P: ¿Cómo puedo encontraros cuando voy a un evento?
R: Si tienes miedo de no poder encontrarnos, puedes escribirme. Estaré encantado de escribirte exactamente dónde estaremos o qué llevaré puesto. Si no puedes encontrarnos, escribe un breve mensaje aquí con una descripción tuya y te descubriremos ;o).

Die Gegend um Regensburg ist wunderschön und wirklich sehenswert. Neben den klassischen Ausflugsziehen wie z.B. der Walhalla oder der Befreiungshalle gibt es noch unzählige andere schöne Orte zu denen sich ein Ausflug auf jeden Fall lohnt. Ein sehr schönes Ziel ist zum Beispiel auch die Burgruine in Kallmünz. Wie der Name sagt handelt es sich um eine Ruine, weshalb die Burganlage natürlich nicht so beeindruckend ist wie eine rekonstruierte Ritterburg oder gar ein Schloss wie Neuschwanstein. Einen Besuch ist sie aus meiner Sicht aber allemal wert, vor allem da der hier auch der Weg bereits das Ziel ist.
Unsere Radltour beginnt an der Freien Tankstelle am DEZ und führt uns zu Beginn am Donauufer entlang, bevor wir uns dann langsam ab Mariaort, der Naab folgend, nach Norden orientieren. Auf den Weg nach Kallmünz kommen wir an einigen kleinen Dörfern, Campingplätzen, alten Mühlen und sogar an den berüchtigten Räuberhöhlen vorbei (für die wir leider keine Zeit haben werden 😂). Diese Route durchs malerische Naabtal wird ca. 1,5 – 2 Stunden (mit Pause) dauern, bis wir dann gegen 12:00 Uhr im Biergarten zur Post in Kallmünz einkehren. Gestärkt von der Brotzeit erklimmen wir anschließen den kleinen Berg zur Burgruine (wahrscheinlich zu Fuß). Wenn wir uns für den Rundgang entscheiden wird dieser ca. 1 – 1,5 Stunden dauern. Der Zutritt zu den Burgruinen ist meines Wissens nach kostenlos.
Im Anschluss an die Burgruine machen wir uns dann auf den Rückweg nach Regensburg. Dieses Mal über die kürze, direkte Strecke über Wolfsegg. Gegen 16 Uhr sollten wir dann zurück in Regensburg sein.

The area around Regensburg is beautiful and really worth seeing. In addition to the classic excursion attractions such as the Walhalla or the Befreiungshalle, there are countless other beautiful places that are definitely worth a visit. The castle ruins in Kallmünz, for example, are a very beautiful destination. As the name suggests, it is a ruin, which is why the castle complex is of course not as impressive as a reconstructed knight's castle or even a castle like Neuschwanstein. In my opinion, however, it is definitely worth a visit, especially as the journey is already the destination.
Our bike tour starts at the “Freie Tankstelle” at the DEZ (Donaueinkaufszentrum) and leads us along the banks of the Danube at the beginning, before we slowly head north from Mariaort, following the Naab. On the way to Kallmünz, we pass several small villages, campsites, old mills and even the infamous robbers' caves (for which we unfortunately won't have time 😂). This route through the picturesque Naab valley will take about 1.5 - 2 hours (with break) until we stop at the Biergarten zur Post in Kallmünz at around 12:00 noon. Strengthened by the snack, we will then climb the small mountain to the castle ruins (probably on foot). If we decide to take the round tour, it will take about 1 - 1.5 hours. As far as I know, admission to the castle ruins is free.
After the castle ruins, we make our way back to Regensburg. This time via the shorter, direct route via Wolfsegg. We should be back in Regensburg around 4 pm.

Los alrededores de Regensburg son hermosos y realmente valen la pena. Además de las clásicas atracciones de excursión como la Walhalla o el Befreiungshalle, hay otros innumerables lugares hermosos que sin duda merecen una visita. Las ruinas del castillo de Kallmünz, por ejemplo, son un destino muy hermoso. Como su nombre indica, se trata de una ruina, por lo que el complejo del castillo no es, por supuesto, tan impresionante como un castillo de caballeros reconstruido o incluso un castillo como el de Neuschwanstein. Sin embargo, en mi opinión, vale la pena visitarlo, sobre todo porque el viaje ya es el destino.

Esta ruta por el pintoresco valle del Naab nos llevará entre 1,5 y 2 horas (con descansos) hasta que nos detengamos en el Biergarten zur Post de Kallmünz sobre las 12.00 horas. Reforzados por el bocadillo, subiremos entonces la pequeña montaña hasta las ruinas del castillo (probablemente a pie). Si decidimos hacer la vuelta, nos llevará entre 1 y 1,5 horas. Por lo que sé, la entrada a las ruinas del castillo es gratuita.
Tras visitar las ruinas del castillo, regresamos a Regensburg. Esta vez tomamos la ruta corta y directa vía Wolfsegg. Llegaremos a Regensburg sobre las 16.00 horas.

Liebe Grillfreunde,
die Temperaturen steigen langsam, die Sonne zeigt sich immer öfter und wir wollen Zeit in der Natur Verbringen in dem wir einen mehreren hundert Grad heißen Grill auf einer Wiese platzieren um dort mehr oder weniger gut geeignetes Essen bis zur Unkenntlichkeit zu verbrennen! Das funktioniert natürlich auch mit vegetarischem und veganem Essen, jeder ist herzlich eingeladen!Zentral gelegen mitten im Herzen Regensburg gibt es dafür einen öffentlichen Grillplatz auf der Jahninsel. Um für beste Stimmung zu sorgen, bringt gerne eure Lautsprecher und eure Grill-Playlists mit. Spiele wie Frisbee, Fußball oder Kartenspiele sind auch herzlich willkommen!
Da wir auf einem öffentlichen Platz feiern, denkt bitte und insbesondere an die Müllentsorgung. Lasst uns gemeinsam darauf achten, den Ort so sauber (oder sauberer) zu hinterlassen, wie wir ihn vorgefunden haben.
Damit wir einen guten Überblick haben wer was mitbringt habe ich eine Excelliste erstellt. Bitte tragt ein was ihr gerne beisteuern würdet, damit wir nicht mit 5x Kartoffelsalat aber ohne Grill und ohne Bier dastehen. Wenn jeder ein bisschen was mitbringt ist bestimmt genug für alle da!

Dear barbecue friends,

I have created an Excel list so that we have a good overview of who is bringing what. Please write down what you would like to contribute so that we don't end up with 5x potato salad but no barbecue and no beer. If everyone brings a little something, there will be plenty for everyone!

las temperaturas suben lentamente, el sol se muestra cada vez más a menudo y queremos pasar tiempo en la naturaleza colocando una parrilla a varios cientos de grados en un prado para quemar alimentos más o menos adecuados hasta hacerlos irreconocibles! Por supuesto, esto también funciona con comida vegetariana y vegana, todo el mundo es bienvenido!En el centro de Regensburg hay una zona pública de barbacoas en la Jahninsel.
