Swing Dancing, a classic dance style that’s enjoyable, energetic, heart healthy, and just a fun activity to do, either with a good friend or loved one, or as a way of making new friends in a safe and encouraging environment.

Our weekly Friday evening beginner friendly East Coast Swing class is designed for the novice, with no previous experience necessary.
