Rose' and Seafood--Peruvian Style

Details
The cuisine of Peru has gained rapid popularity in the USA for its cascade of flavors. To join with this trend, our first event of this year will be at Ceviche Point, a Peruvian restaurant with excellent seafood, which pairs perfectly with French rose. We can order off the menu (https://ceviche-point.paperlessmenu.com/menu/) and the cost to taste 4 different rose's is just $15.00.
The wines will be:
French Secret IGP Med.-- a blend of 3 grapes
French Secret #2 IGP Maures--an Estate Bottled 3 grape blend including Caladoc. This is a red wine drinker's rose', much bolder than the typical rose'.
Domaine La Jeanne IGP Pays d"Oc--a blend of 2 grapes that is not only Estate Bottled, but it is a rare "free run" wine, meaning that the press is never turned on, only the weight of the grapes creates the liquid. It is also notable for its very low sugar content--less than 1 gram of sugar per liter--plus a sulfite level less than half of the govt. limit.
Coste Brulade AOP Cotes de Provence--another Estate Bottled wine, a rare blend of 6 different grapes including Carignan, which is only 8% of the grapes planted in Provence.
We will start with a explanation of where Provence is located, the 3 AOC classifications within PACA, and how to get the most out of reading French wine labels.
We will learn about the steps in tasting rose' and compare 2 of the wines side-by-side to see if there is a noticeable difference between bulk and estate bottled wines.
Special Discount Prices will be available for wine purchased at the event.
