Michelle Gable is the New York Times bestselling author of eight novels, including her July 2025 release, Darling Beasts. Michelle grew up in San Diego and was the kind of kid who checked out a dozen library books at a time, only to return a week later to check out a
dozen more. In fourth grade, her parents gave her a book called Someday You’ll Write and a new passion was born. According to lifelong friends, Michelle tried to turn every playdate and slumber party into a writing group.
After graduating high school, Michelle attended The College of William & Mary and majored in…accounting. As would-be writers do. Although she pursued a career in finance and investor relations, through it all, Michelle wrote. Every day. She wrote at five o’clock in the morning, or eleven o’clock at night, or while sitting behind softball dugouts or in the car. Today you can find Michelle writing or working in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA, where she lives with her husband, two
daughters (when they’re not away at school), and two jindos rescued from the dog meat trade. - Video Book Club with Toni AndersonLink visible for attendees

Toni Anderson® writes gritty, sexy, FBI Romantic Thrillers, and is a New York Times and a USA Today bestselling author.Originally from a small town in Shropshire, England, Toni studied Marine Biology at university in Liverpool and St. Andrews (yes, you can call her “Dr. Anderson”) with the intention she’d never be far from the ocean. That plan backfired and she ended up in the middle of the Canadian prairies. Toni’s greatest achievements are mastering the Tokyo subway, climbing Ben Lomond, snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef, and surviving twenty-plus Winnipeg winters (so far). Toni loves to travel for research purposes and was lucky enough to visit the Strategic Information and Operations Center inside FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C., and she also got to shove another car off the road during pursuit training at the Writer’s Police Academy in Wisconsin.
Toni’s books have hit #1 in both Barnes & Noble’s Nook store and in the Apple Books US store. They’ve also hit the Top 5 on Amazon and Kobo stores. Her books have been translated into six different languages and more than three million copies of her books have been downloaded so far.
