This is a safe space for trauma survivors to find acceptance, understanding and healing!

To overcome the effects of trauma and abuse, NLP Techniques can be a unique and powerful tool that helps you heal from painful past experiences, eliminating fear, guilt and resentment, leaving you in a much happier and resourceful state.

Trauma survivors may present with:

  • Low self-confidence (sense of failure or incompetence)
  • Frequent bouts of crying
  • Mood swings
  • Sleep terrors
  • Anger and resentment
  • Unable to forget the events
  • Unable to forgive themselves or others
  • Often diagnosed with anxiety or depression
