Where there are people, there are conflicts! Why? Well, we’re all different, and at some point there’s usually varying expectations, differences of opinion, disagreements.
Do you battle out every disagreement or do you pick your battles? Or do you hope that the conflict will somehow go away?
Avoid conflict and things usually escalate. So it makes sense to effectively resolve conflicts when they arise. But can all conflict be resolved?
Join us for tips on how to:
• avoid the need to be right, defensive, or critical
• handle conflicts calmly and productively
• recover from conflicts in a healthy way
• use conflict as an opportunity for personal growth
