Welcome to our group. If you have always wanted to learn German but feel intimidated by grammar books or formal classrooms, this is the place for you. We are a relaxed community focused on supporting those who are just starting out, whether you are picking up your first few phrases or trying to get comfortable with basic sentences. We believe the best way to learn is by actually using the language in a low-pressure environment where making mistakes is just part of the process.
Our meetups are simple and informal. We usually get together to chat, practice common vocabulary, and help each other gain confidence in a friendly setting. You do not need to be fluent or even particularly fast at speaking; all you need is a genuine interest in learning and a bit of patience.
