Dr. Dale has helped 3 members(of our hiking group including Martina) regain mobility , balance and overcome various aches - we highly recommend him ! He is an inspiring teacher : we think you will really enjoy listening to him and do some stretches.
He will:
*teach simple and effective stretches for every fitness level
*talk about how flexibility supports better balance and reduces falls
He is a fun lecturer, author and has a PhD in Chiropractic . He also has written several books .
