Maple Springs

Details
Join us for a 5 mile hike through this spectacular wildlife management area and cranberry bog property acquired in 2015 on the southern border of Myles Standish by the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
Please bring water and snacks for a two and a half hour walk. This hike is 5 miles long but not difficult.
This hike is outside the park. You can't get to it driving through the park.
The land is in Wareham, south of the park near Route 28. It is off Maple Springs Road.
If you are coming west on Route 25, exit off Route 25 at Glen Charlie Road (Exit 3). Head west (turn right) on 28. Keep to the right when Route 6 breaks off to the left. Keep to the right when Route 28 bears left at the boatyard. Maple Springs Road goes straight ahead and passes back over Route 25. After a mile and half, the parking lot is on the left.
If you are coming east on Route 25, you also get off at Exit 3. This puts you right on Maple Springs Road. Just turn left.(North)
Afterwards, join us for pizza at Marc Anthony's in Onset. Marc Anthony's has the best pizza in the area. Note: cash only.
