Off the Beaten Path- Little Widgeon Pond

Little Widgeon Pond is off Bare Hill Road just north of Curlew Pond and Widgeon Pond. Meet us at the off road parking at the gas line next to the solar farm on Rocky Pond Road. The pond itself is only a short walk down the hill. Afterwards, depending on how hot it is, we will explore some of the seemingly endless hills in this section of MSSF. From what I can see now, it looks like it will be only around 70 on Thursday, so we should be comfortable.

Our hikes usually go about two hours. Please bring plenty of water and snacks for these adventures. We have seen a pretty good crop of ticks so far this year- It would be good to respray your boots.
