Friends Annual Meeting

Our annual meeting will focus on :

• Review of our activities over the last year and plans going forward
• Election of board (We are a 501 (c) (3) charity with an elected board, in operation since 2007.)

We will be meeting at the new pavilion behind headquarters.

We are looking for new members who are regular users of the forest and who will attend our monthly board meetings and participate/lead some of our activities for the benefit of the forest. The board is supposed to be a somewhat balanced group of hikers, campers, nature observers, cottage owners, equestrians, bicyclists and skiers.

We hope to add Bob and Corrinne Frenier to our board.

In the event of inclement weather, we will move to the DCR "barn" on Lower College Pond Road , 100 yards up the road from headquarters.

Unforunately, the new pavilion doesn't have electricity, so we won't be able to zoom this meeting.

If you have an item to bring before the board, please let us know ahead of time. (Please write an email to friends@friendsmssf.com at least a day before the meeting.)
