Amsterdam Ultimate Frisbee

For the beginning of the year we will try to start earlier and there will not be a BBQ.

Join us for some casual mid week pickup night. All levels and ages are welcome.

We start around 18.00 and play until we are tired and hungry, when the BBQ starts. On especially nice days we usually start a bit earlier and some of us go for a swim in the canal behind the park.

Don't worry about the low attendance on Meetup – we almost always have enough to play, they are just too lazy to RSVP.

Bring cleats if you want, but sneakers or bare feet are acceptable. Consider a water bottle, plus something to grill / drink for the BBQ.

Join us for some casual pickup in Museumplein. All levels and ages are welcome. You don't need anything but we recommend decent shoes and a water bottle.

• 15.00 ­to 15.30 – People start trickling in and doing warmup tossing
• 15.30 to 16.00 – Start playing
• 17.30 to 18.30 – We stop playing; some head to a nearby bar
