About us
I started with nothing. Union City, New Jersey, no money, trained as an aircraft mechanic. In 2017 I left a salaried engineering job and went into real estate full time. Today I work for myself, from wherever I am. This group is about the road I actually walked, and the part of the market most people avoid.
WHAT WE FOCUS ON
Distressed property in New York: foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, short sales, and the deals that come out of them. It is the corner of the business with the least competition and the most confusion, and understanding it is a real advantage whether you are investing or trying to keep your own house.
WHO THIS IS FOR
New and working investors who want to understand distressed property in the five boroughs. Agents who keep running into foreclosure situations and do not know the process. And homeowners going through it themselves, who are always welcome and never charged.
WHAT WE DO
We meet regularly, walk through how the New York foreclosure process actually works step by step, look at real situations, and bring in the people you eventually need: attorneys, lenders, title. No pitch, no pressure.

Juan Almonte. New York State appointed me a Part 36 Fiduciary, FID #107078. I am a licensed real estate salesperson, SFR certified in short sales and foreclosure, and I work distressed property in Brooklyn and Queens every day. Hablamos Espanol.
