How does movement affect your writing experience? Does the smell of dirt, roots and Spring buds bring something alive within?
We will meet at City Park Rec Center in Westminster for a morning of hiking, exploring, writing and connection--both with Nature, and with other diverse writers within our growing community!
Nature and words flows beautifully together. This will be a 2-4 mile hike where we will connect the movement within our bodies into the movement within our bodies allowing this sensory experience to sharpen our observation and writing skills.
Make sure to bring something to write with/on, water bottle, and the desire to move into your body and flow into your emotions!!
Collaboration is at the heart of our every gathering Rick leads! You will have the chance to connect and exchange ideas with like-minded individuals passionate about the power of movement within our bodies and the power of words.
