About us
This group is for autistic/neurodivergent people and our allies. We hope to provide opportunities for discussion about issues that impact the autism community, help neurotypical people understand life through a neurodivergent lens, and reduce stigma around autism and neurodivergence.
You don't need to be autistic or have an autistic family member to join our group. Anyone who is interested in learning more about autism and neurodiversity inclusion is welcome to join us!

Bonfire and Hayride at Heritage Park Nature Center
Location not specified yetJoin us at Heritage Park in Farmington Hills for a bonfire and hayride!
The bonfire starts at 4pm. The Nature Center building closes at 4pm, but we will still have access to the bathrooms in the lobby throughout our event.
You are welcome to bring marshmallows, chocolate & graham crackers for smores, hot dogs, or anything else you might want to cook on a stick over the fire. Be sure to bring cooking sticks or skewers. There is also a grill available if anyone wants to bring supplies and food to grill.
The hayride is typically around 5:30pm and can take about 20-25 people. We can do two hayrides if we have more people or if anyone wants to go a second time.
Feel free to bring any outdoor games you want to play!
This is an ally event, which means there will be Autistic people and Allistic allies in attendance.
Keep in mind that all Full Spectrum Agency events are Autistic cultural spaces where Autistic social norms are centered. Direct communication, flexible social interaction, stimming, and different ways of connecting are all welcomed and respected. It is important for all our members to enjoy the freedom to engage without masking. If you are an Allistic ally who is less familiar with Autistic culture, feel free to ask questions and don’t be afraid to make mistakes and learn from them.
