Her mission is to make everyone understand the importance of site speed and UX, and to explain it in plain English rather than becoming overly technical. With her husband and 2.5-year-old daughter, she lives in Groningen, the Netherlands . Additionally, she is a board member of Mage-OS Nederland and advocates for accessibility and women in technology.

AI seems to be taking over the world and many people, even developers, are worried about their future. I am here to tell you we humans all have abilities that AI cannot match. Abilities that are there just waiting under the surface, if you know how to look. In this talk, we will discuss the concepts of Deep Work and Flow.

We will discuss how to cultivate these skills and together we will discover how in our linear world, where everything happens along lines of logic, these skills allow us to make creative leaps which seem to defy logic.
