About us
This group welcomes anyone who speaks English as a native or second language to events that take place in the Lake Constance area (Germany and Switzerland). Please always RSVP for indoor events since space is limited - and it helps with the planning.
If you'd like to host events or even take over as the group's organizer as of February 2027, please message me. I'm stepping down at that time but will continue to be a member of the group.
For those who joined the group as "English in Zurich" - I'm sorry that I no longer can organize events there. But if you decide to take a relaxing weekend trip to Lake Constance, be sure to check what we're offering.
I originally started the group as "English in Constance" in 2012, so it's moved around quite a bit.

Vibratuning Sound Bath
Das Trösch Begegnungszentrum, Hauptstrasse 42, Kreuzlingen, CHEnjoy a rejuvenating Vibratuning sound experience at a new location in Kreuzlingen (Lake Constance)! While you relax on a mat, sound therapist Christine Grimm will enchant you with a gentle but profound sound landscape. You will experience a very deep state of relaxation with singing bowls and Biosonics tuning forks. If you like, your chakras (energy centers) can be activated with the body tuners and singing bowls. The focus of the sound bath is releasing blocked energy with percussion instruments. These wonderful vibrations transform blocks and harmonize your frequencies. You feel better grounded, more balanced, and attuned. Your powers of self-healing are activated and you sense an inner peace.
Please register in advance with vibratuning@gmail.com and pay CHF 35 with Twint or cash at the door (max. of 8 people). Please bring your own mat, blanket, and a pillow. Sound Baths will be on one Friday every month.
