Are you an expat in Dubai looking for things to do with your children?
Are you tired of mindless and noisy entertainment devoid of any substance?
This group organises fun and educational activities for parents and children in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. You will get to spend quality time together with your child and socialise with other like-minded parents.
Activities are mainly categorised as follows:
- Recreational Maths and fun logic puzzles
- Languages and cultural exploration
- Relaxing manual activities
- Gentle physical activities and short field trips
Besides all this, we also aim to provide a network where like-minded parents can get together to mutually support each other, share their knowledge and discuss topics of interest related to their children's education.
About the organiser:
Mr. Rodrigo Vasquez holds an MPhil in Mathematics Education from the University of Cambridge, UK. He speaks 8 languages* fluently and is the founder and director of Syllogism Education Institute, which specialises in hands-on learning (such as Japanese abacus and robot programming) and was founded in Dubai in 2018 with the aim of cultivating in children compassion, logic and work ethics.
Mr. Rodrigo also holds a BSc in Physics (Siegen, Germany), an MSc in Nanoscale Science (Leeds, UK) and an MSc in Quantitative Finance (Alcalá, Spain). His interests and hobbies include: Philosophy, Theology, languages, violin, Tai Chi and swimming.
