Crystal Bowl Sound Bath: Join us for a sound bath session that combines the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls with toning to create a meditative and transformative experience.

Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and water. We offer chairs as well. We will start with 10 minutes of toning, then lie back for approximately 45 minutes and let the vibration from the crystal bowls surround and indwell you. Unwind, recharge, and elevate your vibration with us!

David Stevens and Rochelle Fisher are the curators of the Yoga of the Mind, practical methods for personal and spiritual growth, designed to help you embrace your authentic self.

About our special guest Sound Alchemist:
