What we’re about
Welcome to Fun Food Adventures and Dublin Slow Food! We are a dynamic group dedicated to celebrating the culinary world in all its glory. Our aim is to bring together food enthusiasts and create delightful experiences centered around quality food.
As part of the global Slow Food movement ( http://www.slowfooddublin.com/ ) we are committed to promoting the values of responsible dining. We believe that food should not only taste amazing but also be produced in a way that respects the environment, animal welfare, and our health. We support food producers by advocating for fair compensation for their hard work.
As a member of Fun Food Adventures and DSF, you will gain access to a network of fellow foodies, receive regular invitations to our events and have the opportunity to actively contribute by suggesting new places/shop/restaurants to explore together and dishes to savour. We highly encourage your active participation as your input and interests will shape the future of our culinary adventures.
Fun Food Adventures combines a passion for local food traditions with an appreciation for the richness of international cuisine. From exploring local farmers' markets to savoring unique global flavours, we offer diverse experiences that cater to all taste buds.
We are excited to have you as part of our community. Together, let's embark on a culinary journey that satisfies our taste buds, nurtures our planet, and celebrates the joy of food.

After our delightful visits to 'Café Lisboa' and 'Alfama,' we’re excited to continue our gastronomic journey with a visit to Admiral for a Saturday lunch, Dublin’s most popular nautical-themed restaurant, suggested by our members Giulia and Nosh.
At Admiral, we’ll dive into a world of authentic Russian and Eastern European cuisine, with a menu that boasts a wide variety of dishes, all prepared to perfection by their internationally acclaimed chef. Whether you're craving pierogis, a tender pork knuckle, or other Eastern European staples, this is the place to explore new and exciting flavours.
The restaurant’s unique blend of sea-going adventure and modern elegance creates an unforgettable dining experience. To ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable time, we are limiting this event to just 8 attendees.
