Let's spend an evening exploring Sacramento and taking some pictures.

The plan is simple: We will each pick a color (more than one person can choose the same color) and explore the Fremont Park area, focusing our attention on capturing that color in the architecture, murals, light, etc.
Late evening and dusk makes for interesting lighting, and the golden hour can be truly beautiful for photography. This event is meant to be very casual and for amateurs, but everyone is welcome. I would very much encourage you to simply use your phone for this event; a professional camera is not required at all. I don't have any professional expertise to offer as I am very much an amateur myself, but this is a fun hobby that I've picked up and want to share!

Depending on turnout and interest, we can grab a bite and/or a mocktail after :)

We will meet at the fountain in the middle of Fremont Park (1515 Q St, Sacramento, CA 95814). Parking can be annoying :/ but there should be a decent amount around the park and surrounding neighborhoods. Parking is metered.

This is my first time hosting an event like this so please give me some grace ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผ As always, let me know if you have any questions or concerns. I'm excited to see you! <3

*This is a casual, social meetup, not a guided tour. As the organizer, I am not a professional guide, and you are responsible for your own safety and belongings throughout the evening.
