Train Strong is a 45-minute outdoor strength and conditioning class designed to help you get stronger, fitter and more confident in your body.
This class is for people who want more challenge and structure, but without the ego, pressure or chaos of a hardcore bootcamp.
This class is delivered in English.
Led by Tracy, corrective exercise specialist and personal trainer @tracy.rehabcoach, these sessions use functional strength training, conditioning, balance and movement challenges to help you build real confidence and train in a way that feels effective and sustainable.
No shouting. No pressure. No burpees.
Expect to:
- build full-body strength and fitness
- improve confidence with movement
- challenge yourself in a supportive group
- train hard without it feeling intimidating
What to bring:
- comfortable clothes
- water
- a good attitude
After class, there’s often time to stay for a drink or chat with the group.
