Welcome all to our group ! Have you ever felt fear in any situation? Have you ever felt lack of confidence?
Join us for Self Defense Basics. Our Training Format Helps You Build Confidence, Strength, Flexibility, Stamina, And More! Join us for this 1.5 hour seminar. You will learn some controlled breathing and my personal favorite, finding your voice. You will learn how to utilize your voice and activate your controlled breathing should you encounter a situation that warrants for it.
Other things to learn:

- partner work
Come alone or bring a friend or relative. We welcome all.
Masks are not required and optional. But, if you are sick, we do ask that you please consider joining us at a future event.
