FX Human is a beach-based functional wellness program built around movement, play, and community.
Every weekend at Nokomis Beach in Venice/Nokomis, FL.
We took recess and brought it back for adults. And now for kids too.
Functional fitness, fun movement games, and real conversations with real people. The kind of morning that makes you feel like yourself again.
No equipment. No experience. No pressure. Just show up and see what it is about.
