Savannah & Tybee Island Trip!

Hotel has been selected and I was able to negotiate some great rates!!

We'll be staying at Hotel Tybee (https://www.hoteltybee.com/) located at 1401 Strand Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328.

Here are the room options and rates:
King & 2 Queen Ocean View: $229/night (not including state & local tax)
King & 2 Queen Partial View: $199/night (not including state & local tax)
King & 2 Queen Sand Dune View: $179/night (not including state & local tax)
King & 2 Queen Inland View: $159/night (not including state & local tax)

Currently, the tax is 14% & $5 GA motel tax/night. I will upload a picture that shows the total for each room type and includes the split cost.

Guests are usually charged $40/day for parking, but they have given us a $25/day parking rate that will include 2 beach chairs/towels for a king room, and 3 beach chairs/towels for a 2-queen room. My suggestion would be to carpool and split the parking cost with whoever you carpool with. One of our wonderful members, Laura Hanson, has agreed to coordinate the carpool process. Reach out to me directly if you need her direct contact info.

To make your reservation, you can either do it on their website, or call them directly (912-786-7777) using the promo code Gainesville. To secure your reservation, you'll use a credit card to cover one night's stay + taxes. You can cancel at anytime for a full refund of your deposit prior to 30 days before your arrival. I'm happy to report I have completed my reservation with no issues!

There is no block of rooms for our group. The rate is only for the availability they have at the time of your reservation. For this reason, it's best to book early and then if something comes up and you're not able to go, cancel at that time (prior to the 30 days of reservation).

This event is setup to allow up to three plus ones age 21+ if you'd like to bring a significant other, a friend or a family member. If you need more than three plus ones, let me know.
