WEATHER POLICY
If balloons/kites cannot fly due to rain/wind, the Laser Show at 9PM still happens.
Friday Tickets: If launches don’t happen, valid again Saturday.
Saturday Tickets: If balloons don’t launch, valid for next year’s event or any affiliated Balloon Festival.

There are several ticket options for Saturday's event including an option for a tethered balloon ride, VIP packages, etc. The basic ticket price for one adult entry on Saturday is $25.78 which includes the tax/fees. The tickets are general admission so I won't be purchasing group tickets for this event.
