My Sister's Place | Christmas Family Sponsorship - Gainesville!

I have been a firm believer in giving back all my adult life. I think it's so important - big or small. It's just about being grateful and using that gratitude in a way that positively impacts others, especially others that are less fortunate.

Well, how many of you believe in a "sign" to help guide you in this life?

I was literally about to log off of my laptop when I received an email from My Sister's Place in Gainesville asking for our help. This is the organization we helped last year. They provide transitional housing to single women with children who would otherwise be homeless. I had already reached out to them and was told all their transitional families were sponsored already which is why I pivoted to We Care.

So, I think we have our answer - let's sponsor this family:

Amy is a mom of three daughters age 10 months old, 3 years old, 6 years old and 10 years old. I was provided both a wish list and a needs list for mom and daughters. I am going to post it as a picture in this event. My ask, and this is a VERY IMPORTANT ask, when you purchase something, please leave a comment letting everyone know, so gifts are not duplicated.

Also, while the wishes and needs have been shared, every item does not have to be purchased, so please don't let the list overwhelm you. :)

For those of you looking to contribute monetarily, not a problem - I will be sure to use that money wisely for any loose ends/needs.
