What we're about

This group is for women of all fitness levels, who are interested in meeting up for FREE group exercise classes in Galt. Whether you're a beginner to working out, or you're a fitness buff, you will find encouragement, support, and friendships within this group. We'll get together for various types of cardio and strength training exercise, such as bootcamps, circuit training, interval training, kickboxing, and some less structured forms of exercise, like biking and walks. As a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I'm looking forward to providing free group fitness classes for women, in a supportive community environment.
