Join us when Nikolaj de Haan and Simon Irving-James takes us through the audio of Men In Black: Most Wanted, and explores the challenges and opportunities of bringing an iconic film IP into virtual reality. It covers how they translated recognizable sonic elements into an interactive VR context, while building scalable audio systems to support dynamic gameplay. The session combines creative direction, technical workflows, and practical implementation examples in FMOD and Unity, with a focus on how audio supports player immersion and interaction in VR. Attendees will gain practical approaches to designing for VR interaction, building scalable audio systems, and translating linear film sound into interactive experiences.
