Let's Play!

Kaleider Studios

Join us for our first 'Let's Play' event, where we will be playing and discussing this months chosen game below. We'll also be learning a bit about games design and of course there'll be time to chat to like-minded gamers. Feel free to bring your laptops and gamepads to show us what you've been playing lately! THIS MONTH'S GAME: Her Story - http://www.herstorygame.com * Ideally you'll have played the game before attending the meetup so that we can discuss what everyone liked/didn't like about the game. But if you haven't, we'll also be doing an audience-participation walk-through of the game's opening! Intended audience: ages 16+, with an interest in computer/videogames. Drinks + nibbles are on us. Schedule: 7.00 Arrival 7.20 Introductions + Welcome 7.30 Game Discussion 8.15 Game Design (GMTK video + discussion afterwards) 9.30 Finish FAQ: Q. Why is there an age/audience guideline? A. We have different age guidelines and audiences for different types of events (e.g. some are family foused, others are strictly 18+) - if you have any queries please leave us a message. Q. Join our slack channel #gameplay on https://techexeter.uk/slack , follow #techexeter on twitter, or join our meetup group https://www.meetup.com/GAMEPLAY-Exeter
