APAIT Orange County Group Therapy Program
APAIT Orange County offers culturally responsive and affirming group therapy services designed to support the emotional health and well-being of LGBTQ+ individuals and others impacted by HIV. Our groups provide a safe, welcoming space where participants can connect with others who share similar lived experiences, reduce isolation, and build meaningful community.
Through guided discussion and facilitated peer support, participants have the opportunity to explore topics such as identity, relationships, stigma, mental health, coping skills, and personal growth. Groups are led by trained facilitators who foster respectful dialogue, encourage self-expression, and promote resilience in a supportive environment.
APAIT OC provides both in-person and virtual group options to increase accessibility and ensure community members can receive support in a way that meets their needs. Our goal is to empower individuals, strengthen community connections, and promote holistic wellness.
