Group Housekeeping
No-Show Policy:
Hey there! By joining Gastronome's Supper Club, you're agreeing to our one-strike rule on RSVPs. If you don't update your RSVP and end up being a no-show, sorry, but you'll be removed from the group. We kindly ask that you update your RSVPs at least 48 hours before the event. This helps us know who to expect and lets waitlisted folks have a chance to join the fun. Timely updates are key for everyone's enjoyment and for us to plan better. Thanks for understanding!
Ticketed Events Policy:
Some of our events will be ticketed while others will be free. Feel free to join what you can, but please note that there are no refunds for ticketed events. If you find out you can’t attend a ticketed event you've paid for, check out the waitlist to see if someone can take your spot. If you can't find someone, reach out to the host and we'll work it out together. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!
Attendance and Liability:
By joining any event with Gastronome's Supper Club, you’re acknowledging that we (the hosts and organizers) aren’t responsible for any mishaps, damages, or other issues that might occur. You’re responsible for your own behavior and that of any guests you bring along. By participating, you’re waiving and releasing any responsibility from us, the hosts, organizers, and Gastronome's Supper Club. Basically, play nice and take care of each other!
