GASTRONOMIC ADVENTURES in Catalonia

It’s time to taste 🥂the best cavas 🥂of Catalonia at the famous Cava festival in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, where multiple cellars 🍇 will show off their most exquisite sparkling wines of the year.
Whether you are new in town or a seasoned wine lover, this weekend escape promises to be a blend of leisure, gastronomy, and the joy of discovering the richness of Catalan culture through its sparkling wines.

THE PLAN:
11:00- Meeting point at the train station Barcelona Sants to catch the train which departs at 11.22h. *You can catch it at other stations.
12:15- Arrival to Sant Sadurni, walk through the city, a stop for coffee.
Walk to the festival location and time to enjoy the town's festive vibes.
16:35- Train back to Barcelona (if you want to stay longer, feel free to catch another train later).
17:30- Arrival and end of the activity.
You can use a free bono Rodalies train ticket for up to 6 zones.
To buy at the entrance to the fair:
-Wine and gastronomy tasting (6 tickets) € 10.
-Buy Riedel glass for € 5 or rent it for € 3 (or bring yours from home).
Once at the Cavatast:
23 cava cellars - participants, 10 stands with a gastronomic offer, live music at 12.30 and the DJ at 15h.

10:45- Arrival, a stop for coffee.
11:00- Wine fair opening and time to enjoy the town's festive vibes.
12:00- Popular grape stomping experience
16:30- Trip back to Barcelona.
17:30- Arrival and end of the activity.

To buy at the entrance to the wine fair:
-Wine and gastronomy token- 1€
- Wine glass- 2 €

What to expect during the festival?
22 wine cellars and producers, gastronomic offer, artisan fair, decorated streets.
Open doors to 2 cellars (booked in advance).
Approximate price of the experience per person: 20-25 € (gasoil and other common costs share) to be paid by cash or Bizum.
