What we’re about
This group is for you if you’ve found yourself feeling increasingly isolated and disconnected from what used to make you happy. The people, the activities, groups, and habits that no longer serve you.
You feel lost and yearn for greater connection to others on a mental, emotional, spiritual level.
You desire more meaning and clarity in your life.
Maybe lockdown broke you and woke you to what really matters and now you’re confused about how to quench the emotional and spiritual thirst you have for greater depth of connection to yourself and others.
You’re on a healing path, working through childhood wounds, collective and life trauma that has you feeling stuck and confused.
You’re leaning toward woo.
We’ll be covering many things that fall into the woo. So if this doesn’t sound good it may not be the right time for you. You can join us later or join now and see what clicks.
You read or listen to podcasts and videos on self-development or spiritual materials such as those from Hay House and others. You cannot get enough of this stuff and you’d like to share it with friends and family but they don’t respond with the level of enthusiasm or interest you have and they may perceive you as annoying or “out there.”
If this is you, you’re safe to share here.
We’ll be meeting in person in nature, cafes, beaches, green outdoor spaces, restaurants, co-working, and inspiring high vibe environments. If you know of good spots that pop into your mind when you read this, please share.
What we'll be doing together. The list will grow but here's what I envision for now.
- casually hanging out to get to know each other
- visit places that inspire us and promote conversation
- listen to and engage with invited guest speakers, coaches, healers, therapists, and experts to share topics the group cares about (you'll be polled)
- gather for a shared meal
- meet in nature for walks, hikes, swims, bikes, etc.
- listen to live music
- group meditations
- specific book/film/shows or idea discussions
- co-working sessions for people who want to be productive and crave connection and familiar faces - for solopreneurs, coaches
- ideas for activities from the group as we get to know each other
I’m Boston-based but we can have meetups in neighboring areas like Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine.
We’re all on our own journey in life, yes. But we don’t have to live in a bubble to heal and evolve. Coming together to connect and meet like-minded people is powerful. And we all need it now more than ever. Life is intense!
So many people I speak to and interview are in the middle of spiritual awakening and have feelings that swing from joy to sorrow and deep hopelessness, anxiety, and depression. Not being able to connect, discuss, laugh, cry, in person can amplify feelings of disconnection and hopelessness. They hunger for community offline and when they see others like them online they ask WHY it’s not possible to have these connections in real life.
IT IS POSSIBLE.
We just have to create it. And we will.
