Let's gather at our house (just 2 miles south of these event) to meet and greet before heading into town. Or, if you want to go earlier, you can meetup with us at the event.
252 CLUB BAG*: North Hero
WHAT TO EXPECT: Local crowds, a bit of a walk to the event, and local vendors selling food and beverages (including alcohol). If you want to eat and/or drink, bring about $25.
WHAT TO WEAR: Warm clothes and boots.
Just a reminder that meetup.com is a platform that allows us to get together without the assumption that event organizers or leaders are licensed, insured or experts. Please join us without the expectation of bubble wrap.
*What is the 252 Club? (Well, actually it's real name is the "251 Club," but a new town was recently added to the list.) It is a club that people join, touch all 251/2 townships in Vermont, and earn a certificate of completion. Peter and I are simply tracking the towns we touch on our own. Our rule is that we must do some type of activity in the town and then take a picture of ourselves (and anyone we did the activity with) near a sign or structure that is unique to the town.
