Sourdough Roll Making

Sourdough rolls - YUM! Just to align your expectations, although we have a baking oven and a few baking pans, we are not certified chiefs; we just like to mess around in the kitchen. With that said, Peter makes a pretty fantastic sourdough roll.

WHAT TO EXPECT: Learn how to make sourdough rolls! We hope to set-up the afternoon so you can see the stages of making sourdough rolls in an hour. Our goals is to have you participate in the sourdough making process, give you a recipe or two, show you our ingredient and send you home with some sourdough starter (no promises - but we hope).

We will have some soup and condiments for you to enjoy with your fresh baked sourdough rolls.

WHAT TO BRING: A beverage to share and a small jar for your starter.

PS - this is NOT a gluten-free event, and lots of butter may be involved :)
