What we’re about
Welcome to Gay Board Game Group, Sydney's largest gaming Meetup group for the LGBTIQA+ community, friends and supportive allies. This group is meant to be a way for queer gamers with a love for board games to meet and have fun. However, the group is open for everyone to join.
We play board games of all types (card games, family games, strategy games, party/social games). We're looking to create a fun, friendly atmosphere for those who would enjoy getting together on an evening for a relaxed session of gaming. Any level of experience is fine; we love to teach games and bring new people into this amazing hobby.
What we are:
- An open, welcoming group for everyone interested in playing board games and having fun in a relaxed social environment.

- A singles dating group
- A hookup procurement zone
- A forum for gender/queer politics
