June’s Test Kitchen challenge—should you choose to accept it—is fish! We're giving the traditional Italian-American Feast of the Seven Fishes a springtime makeover. We’re talking a fresh, light twist on the traditional feast—grilled branzino, zesty ceviche, or a vibrant seafood salad. This is your chance to experiment, be bold. Whether it’s a comforting clam chowder (because, San Francisco) or crispy calamari or homemade sushi rolls (Bay Area vibes), let the ocean inspire you. Don’t hold back—let’s make this a seafood feast to remember!

Be sure to post your dish at least 2 weeks before the Test Kitchen. Go to the event’s Comments area and let the other cooks know what you plan to bring.

Remember, this is the perfect opportunity to take risks, try something new, and push your culinary limits. Don't be afraid to experiment with new ingredients or cooking techniques. Even if your dish doesn't turn out exactly as planned, "always bring it to the table!" Sharing our successes and failures is what makes us better cooks—and a closer community.
