What we’re about
This meetup.com group has been dormant for Years! Under new management as of 6/23/2025. If you have a trip you'd like to host then let the organizer/owner (John Bennett) know. If you are traveling and looking for companion(s) we'll post that as well. Look for in the near future, tours of museums, boat rides, train rides, driving a few miles for a great meal/movie/play-etc. Open also to movie nites/pool/potluck parties/meals out here in Sacto just to get acquainted.

Train leaves 230pm so best to get there 215pm. We meet at 18095 County Road 117 West Sacramento, CA 95691. Snacks/drinks available to purchase on the train. If the gang wants-- we can come up with some place for dinner after our ride. Last year we went to Alamar Marina on Garden Highway. Website for Alamar Marina Restaurant
