Gay Men's Activity Group

This MEETUP GROUP has been a great resource for people new to the ASHEVILLE NC area. It is a great way to meet members of the local Gay Community.

Don't want to do things alone? Want to share activities with other gay men? Want to do things that are cheaper as a group than as an individual? Want to share the cost of things that are priced for double occupancy? Want to meet other gay men and interact in a variety of settings?

Do you want to help organize an event?

This group may be for you.
Examples of possible activities:

-River Rafting
-Kayaking
-Hiking or just a saunter in the woods.
-Ziplining
-Dining out
-Art gallery openings
-Take a LaZoom Comedy Tour
-Go to the theater, symphony, or a movie
-Go camping
-Share a cabin or vacation home rental
-Charter a private caboose on the Great Smoky Mountains Railway
-Share a hot tub at Hot Springs Resort and Spa
-Take a trip to the beach
-Go to Dollywood, Carowinds, Six Flags, or Tweetsie Railroad
-Game Night (board games/card games)
-Pot Luck Lunches/Dinners

The more organizers we have, the more variety of events we will have
and the more locations we can cover. We have members from Weaverville down to Brevard and beyond.

This group is limited to gay or bi men age 21 and up. Singles and couples are welcome.
There are NO MEMBERSHIP DUES, however donations are gladly accepted to help cover the Approx $140.00 annual MEETUP SUBSCRIPTION FEE. (Which will go up to $198.00 next year after the special discount period expires)

Members can bring guests to events (usually limited to 1 or 2 guests per event).
