Join the Gdansk open source community on Thursday, November 6th for an evening packed with open source high-tech goodness. Two technical presentations and a Q&A session will be followed by a socializing & networking afterparty in Progres till late.

Agenda:

1. Guineveer - an open-source extensible and configurable RISC-V based System on Chip; Kacper Slominski, Antmicro

The presentation will showcase Guineveer - a simple and extensible RISC-V SoC built from open source cores developed by Antmicro, CHIPS Alliance, OpenTitan, and PULP. We’ll explore how it serves as a demo platform and testbed for ongoing digital design projects, and how it can be used to experiment with and integrate various open source IP cores.

2. From homelabbing to operations; Adam Olech, Antmicro

Homelabbing is a hot topic these days amongst hobbyist computing circles and while some bystanders view it as yet another shiny power hog, for enthusiasts of the topic it is an ample learning opportunity that also happens to be a fun pastime.
No matter if you are a seasoned homelab operator or if you're just getting started (or considering it!), come join us for inspiration on where to go next on your self-hosting journey.

Registration:

Attending the event involves a registration at the entry based on the meetup attendee list. You will be asked to provide your name, surname and affiliation. You have to be an adult to attend. Upon entering the venue, you agree that you might be photographed/filmed.
