Join us for an engaging Cybersecurity Workshop focused on Red and Blue team tactics! Dive into the dynamic world of ethical hacking, where you'll explore the foundations of attack and defense strategies. Gain hands-on experience through a live demo and a guided session where you'll attempt to root a VM. There will be 3 expert workshop facilitators who will be there to assist and provide valuable insights throughout the session.

Who Should Attend?
This workshop is open to all levels of experience! It's perfect for software engineering students, tech industry professionals, and anyone passionate about cybersecurity and penetration testing.
What to Bring:
Your laptop with at least 25 GB of free space, to be able to run a virtual machine
Oracle Virtual Box installed on your laptop before coming to the workshop. To download (free), click: https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
At the end of this workshop, each person that downloaded the VM will be given explicit instructions on how to root the machine and gain elevated privileges to manipulate the machine.

Mike Yerou, Software Engineer - Director
Mike Yerou studied Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens and completed his master’s degree in Computer Science at the University of Southern California. He interned at Amazon in San Francisco before joining Google in London as a full-time software engineer. After almost 7 years at Google, he left to co-found his own company, Pale Blue, doing tailor-made software for enterprises worldwide.
