Google Developer Groups (GDGs) are for developers who are interested in Google's developer technology. We will organize community-ran events, conferences and workshops in the Netherlands, with the aim of spreading knowledge about technology and improving the country's development landscape. In addition, the vast majority of these events are free, because we believe that knowledge should not face a greater barrier than the interest of those who want to learn it.
Disclaimer: GDG Netherlands is an independent group; our activities and the opinions expressed here should in no way be linked to Google, the corporation. To learn more about the GDG program, visit https://developers.google.com/groups/
Joins us for talks about Flutter. For the first time we're going to visit Maxdoro in Eindhoven.
Jairzinno Henriquez - Building the GDG NL app.
In this talk we'll the cover how the GDG NL app (currently in beta) was build.
You'll get to see which decisions were made and how to build an app from scratch while sharing your code for other platforms such as the web and Firebase Cloud functions.
Stefan Mitev - Animations and motion in Flutter
Animations can make your application easy to understand, more engaging and fun to use. However, animations are hard, aren't they? Fortunately, not in Flutter! In this talk, we'll take a look at what the framework has to offer for building quick and yet impressive animations.
The contents of these talk target beginners of Flutter and no prior knowledge about animations is required. However, a nice to have will be having a basic understanding of how Flutter widgets work.
