Financial technology, more broadly known as “FinTech,” is undoubtedly here to stay.
As the new era of the digital economy has unfolded, startups and companies have been building innovative technologies to disrupt the financial services sector, be it through online marketplaces, mobile apps, artificial intelligence, or robotics. With the rise of fintech comes the need for talent in this space.
So what does it take for someone to have a career in this booming sector?
In the first half of the session, Neha will share her experiences as a fintech CEO as well as tips, guides and advice for women to build a career in the fintech space. In the second half of the session, we will have a discussion of the use of AI, Machine Learning, Robotics and other technologies. for the welfare of the humankind. This includes using AI in the Education Sector, Platform for connecting people, Robotics as enabled or equal opportunities, Machine Learning to reduce gender gaps and much more.
