Moving beyond conversational chatbots requires systems that do more than predict the next token. Real-world autonomous architectures must plan multi-step operations, interface with external tools, maintain state across asynchronous operations, and recover cleanly from runtime failures.
In this intensive 90-minute, in-person masterclass hosted by Google and AICamp, you will move directly into active engineering. Working entirely inside Google Cloud Shell, you will build and deploy a next-generation autonomous agentic system from the ground up—wiring dynamic tool calling, state management, and resilient multi-step orchestration into a cohesive, runnable architecture.
No slides, no abstract theory, and zero local setup required. Bring your laptop, build alongside Google engineers, and leave with a fully functional autonomous system running live in the cloud.
Who Should Attend?
This hands-on workshop is designed for software developers, data scientists, and AI practitioners who have some experience building applications or working with models, and are looking to productionize them. To get the most out of the labs, you should have foundational knowledge of a programming language like Python and be comfortable using the command-line interface. While expertise is not required, a basic understanding of Cloud computing concepts, web APIs, and containerization technology like Docker will be highly beneficial.

"Builders" use their skills and AI assistance to build apps, automate, optimize workflows and create solutions for any industry. They use developer tools but can work in different roles including product management or design. Gartner predicts that 80% of technology products and services will soon be built by people who are not professional software developers. In this world, a secure-by-default mindset is more important than ever. So is choosing the right models, platform and tools that match your needs and goals.
