Gloria Felicia, also known as “GLO,” is a technology entrepreneur (2x exits), content creator, and connector amongst startup + research communities focusing on the convergence of AI and UX. Previously, Glo has served as the CEO of G&G — a global digital agency, with clients ranging from multinationals such as Toyota and Adobe to early-stage startups. She currently manages InsightCircle AI and oasiscollective.org, a community of Women in AI (founders, engineers, and researchers) based in San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley.

In the past, Glo has served as a board member at several startups, chaired AYEC (ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council) and mentored startups on GTM + Branding Strategy through Founders Institute. She has also spoken at global conferences such as TEDWomen + C2 and judged hackathons alongside fellow technologists from Google, OpenAI, and Github. Glo holds a BS in Commerce with IT and Marketing Concentrations and a Minor in Social Entrepreneurship from University of Virginia. She deferred her PhD from Stanford.
