Douglas Pratt and Laurie Hewitt will discuss Shadow Work and how to engage with this process and how to keep your sanity. They will define what the “shadow” is and why this work is so important to all of us on our spiritual path.

Douglas will then lead a guided meditation that will assist you in asking your guides for assistance. There will be time for questions and answers.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water bottle and something to write on.
