We represent the summation of all those who have walked before us. If we are willing to look at our DNA "whole-istically", we can see that we are an exquisitely woven tapestry fashioned from our ancestors' physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual characteristics and experiences. When we reach back into our ancestral lines, we may be able to shed light on current behavioral patterns, unreasonable fears or personality quirks that don't seem to have a solid foundation in this life or discover gifts that will help move us forward.
Connecting with our ancestors during this walkabout on Earth can be life changing and extremely liberating.

In this session, we will discuss the difference between biological, spiritual and terrestrial ancestors and how they have an impact on our lives today. You will then connect with your ancestors through a body grid.
