Creative arts and crafts

Do you like to express yourself through art? Want to bring out your creative juices? Or maybe just try a new hobby with some friends? Well now we have a monthly get together where everyone can do whatever creative activity they please in one space- helping one another and bonding in the process.

We welcome pretty much any creative activity you can think of; writing, drawing, scrapbooking, painting, knitting, Lego building, diamond art, cross stitching (one of our hosts is particularly into those last two) or even just a random mishmash of things… if you can think of it, you can do it! We encourage people to bring their own tools and supplies but if you need any help with getting the stuff or the activity itself let us know and we’ll do our best to get you sorted.

Ultimately, the aim is to simply have fun doing stuff we love surrounded by people we love, so please don’t stress if your project doesn’t turn out as intended- nobody will judge your work as we’re all here to support one another and build bridges over a common type of hobby. We do however, welcome constructive advice you may have for a persons work.

So get ready for an afternoon of crafty projects galore; we will run 1-4pm at the cafe of the art gallery but you may drop in and out whenever it suits you. And as per the previous section- try not to take it too seriously. Looking forward to sharing ideas and masterpieces with you all! ☺️
