Who are our panelists?
Kate Ingwersen – Chief Technology Officer & Chair of Equal Gender committee
Kate Ingwersen has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years. While early roles focused on product distribution, Kate soon discovered a passion for technology. More importantly, she saw the power of technology to unlock value in business and loved the idea that technology was an enabler for business and customer change. For the past 10 years, Kate has led technology for a number of CommBank’s businesses including running the bank’s digital distribution and servicing channels during a time of enormous change in the way customers interact with the bank.

Louise Cosgrove – Program Director
Louise commenced her financial services career in 2002 and has since honed her extensive experience in leading business transformation and delivery, gained through a range of roles covering professional services, consulting, strategy, operations, analytics and project teams. Her broad experience has enabled her to work with the majority of financial services institutions in Australia, having previously held professional services positions at Macquarie Bank and Accenture, to deliver major change and uplift programs across the financial services industry including CBA and now Challenger. With significant leadership experience, Louise has led regionally dispersed teams of over ninety staff.

Bhawana Kohli – Technology Manager
Bhawana is a highly motivated, self-driven, people oriented and successful technical lead. Passionate about designing integration solutions and exploring unique problems. Possess in-depth knowledge of Finance and HR domain and applications. Working in challenger from the last 8+ years, with my can-do attitude and technical expertise I have grown from entry level position such as system analyst, software engineer to Tech lead. Always seek to learn and refine myself from every opportunity or challenger thrown towards me.

Bindiya Malhotra –Technology HR Partner
Bindiya has around 20 years of experience in a range of industries, working environments and countries. She has exposure in HR consulting, leadership development, employee relations, talent management, business partnering, reward and recognition, change management and rollout of global HR projects and reporting and analytics across a broad spectrum of roles.
